Internship program

Since 1995 Buster Creative has hosted many college students looking to explore agency life. We've had students from the University of Illinois, Southern Illinois, Northern Illinois, Lake Forest College, Barat College, and the College of Lake County, just to name a few. Many were in fields outside of design. We have enjoyed the contributions of Marketing, Fine Art, and English Majors.

If you feel you can contribute to our team, please contact us. We usually host one intern per semester and one over the summer. Be prepared to work on a national consumer advertising campaign, paint a mural on one of our 12 ft tall walls, pick up ribs at Hillery's Bar-BQ, or even wash a client's car. Anything goes.
