Imagine this: It's the middle of February, you're a third grader, in the hospital, sick, sad, and lonely. A nurse walks in, not to give a shot or to take blood, but to deliver a beautiful hand-made Valentine's Day card from a healthy third grader.

That's Operation Send a Smile

Buster Creative developed the name, identity and all of the collateral displayed at participating hospitals and distributed at the sponsor's place of business.

The program, started three years ago, is growing tremendously. Now, thousands of students prepare Valentine's day cards for seriously ill children unable to enjoy the holiday at home. That makes us smile.
